Where? Sobeys – Silverado (19369 Sheriff King St SW)
What? A place to donate lightly used clothing, toys, and household items. There will also be mingling among your neighbours and even some hotdogs and water (by donation).
Why? We’ve all been there with piles of things we intend to donate and then it just… sits there. Well what better way to get rid of it than to drop it off with your local Silverado Volunteers. While you’re there you can even look through all the other items that have been dropped off to see if there’s a hidden treasure you may want! All cash proceeds will go into the Silverado Adopt-A-Family fund and anything leftover from the swap meet will be taken to the Women In Need Society to support their initiative.
